  • Fast from discontent; feast on gratitude.
  • Fast from anger; feast on patience.
  • Fast from pessimism; feast on optimism.
  • Fast from worry; feast on divine Providence.
  • Fast from complaining; feast on appreciation.
  • Fast from negatives; feast on affirmatives.
  • Fast from hostility; feast on welcoming.
